Service charge
The "BASTIDON du BAOU"
- Tourist taxes:
1 € / person and per day from 18 years old.
- Refundable deposit:
200 € deposit, paid on arrival, and returned on departure
if no damage is noted in the rental.
- Cleaning fee:
The cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant:
if it is not done, it will be invoiced 40 € at the end of the stay.
- Linens Linen
(bed, bath and table sets) can be be provided at a rate of 20 € / person per period rented:
1 bed set (sheets, pillowcases)
1 bathroom set (towels, gloves)
1 table set (tablecloth, napkins, tea towels, placemats).
We provide mattress and pillow protection sheets free of charge a blanket,
pillows, a bath mat for a rented period.
- Electricity:
Electricity is billed at the start of the rental at the rate
0.15 cts / kwh all year except July and August (free).
example of consumption: 10 € / week on average.
- Cancellations and compensation
you can cancel reservation
to one month before the day
arrival (by registered letter).
