"GRIOULETS"
- Tourist tax
€ 1 per person per day from 18 years old.
- Refundable deposit
300 € deposit, paid on arrival and returned on departure
if no damage has been found in the rental.
- Cleaning fee
The cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant: if he is not
carried out, it will be invoiced 50 € at the end of the stay.
- Linens Linen (bed, bath and table sets) can be be provided
at a rate of 20 € / person per period rented:
1 bed set (sheets, pillowcases)
1 bathroom set (towels, gloves)
1 table set (tablecloth, napkins, tea towels, placemats).
We provide mattress and pillow protection sheets
free of charge a blanket, pillows, a bath mat for a rented period.
- Electricity
Electricity is billed at the end of the stay on statement of
your consumption, at the rate of 0.15cts / kwh.
On average, a week costs around € 10.
Electricity is not billed in July and August.
- Cancellations and compensation
you can cancel reservation until
one month before the day of arrival
(by registered letter).
